Daily Routines to Gain Confidence and Clarity Raising Your Little One

For parents looking for guidance on how to connect

with their babies, toddlers, and preschoolers

Do you often wonder:

  • Why your infant won’t sleep through the night and what you're doing wrong?

  • Why your toddler won't eat the healthy food you prepare?  Are they getting the right nutrition?

  • Why your preschooler continues to get sick?   How to  explain to friends, family, and your boss  what you're going through?

  • How to care for your child and find the time or energy to care for yourself?

  • How to juggle a career, house work, and still keep the romance alive with your spouse or find time to go out with your friends?

  • How to know what to believe anymore?  Who you can rely on to give you clear guidance when you're unsure?

The truth is you're not alone.

I've met hundreds of parents facing the same challenges you are!

These are the "little things" that can feel so overwhelming.

Many new parents agonize over these problems, like how to get an infant to sleep well at night, how to manage toddler tantrums, and how to get those kids to eat their vegetables!

Imagine having enough rest at night, and small breaks during the day, because your child is sleeping & napping comfortably.

Imagine having the energy to not just play with your young family, but to be PATIENT when behaviors and schedules are hard.

Imagine feeling confident about your decisions on childcare because you know what to look for in a caregiver, how to communicate what you need from family members, and how to 'break up' if you need to!

Imagine improving and even indulging in your personal growth because you've found ways to prioritize learning in your life.  Your mental and physical health expand to meet the needs of your growing family!

Imagine knowing how to encourage your toddler to make safe, helpful decisions without having to constantly yell, nag, or punish?

What if I told you I have the perfect solution to the daily (hourly?!) struggle of raising young children?

What if there was a friendly voice that could help guide you through the struggles and decisions you face as a new parent?

Does it sound too good to be true?

I've learned how to shut out the noise! I found the confidence and clarity I needed as a pediatrician and as a Mom to not just survive, but thrive with my growing family.

That's why I created an comprehensive guide for parents! Introducing...

"When I was worried that [my 6 month old daughter] was on the smaller side, you told me she is eating enough to give her body what it needs ... she was perfectly healthy which made my mama mind feel MUCH peace."

  • Meghan W., mom of two, on how my advice has given her confidence

"Dayna is my favorite go-to when my daughter has an issue.  From lingering colds and coughs to anything in between, she puts us on the right track.   She's heart centered, truly takes the time to listen to both my daughter and I and isn't so quick to prescribe something.  Her guidance along the years has been so helpful and comforting."

  • Erika M., working mom

With this ebook you'll learn how to:
